What happens when you ship to us

Contact us before you send anything. A parcel that arrives unannounced may be returned to you.

We tell you first what your collection is likely to be worth.
We supply boxes if you need them, and arrange the pick-up. You pack and wait.
Free prepaid shipping is available for qualifying collections — we confirm that with you in advance, before anything moves.
Every item is assessed individually, not weighed or counted.
We come back with an offer as soon as your shipment lands, and pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
You can decline, and you can decline on single items and keep the rest.

What happens when we come to you

Best for 5,000 items and up, or for anything unusually valuable.
Photos of the shelves help us decide quickly — a few phone shots are plenty.
Our staff does the sorting. You do not need to prepare or count anything.
Going through an old collection takes hours and makes a mess while it is happening. Tell us in advance if that is a problem.
The cash amount is agreed with you before we travel, never on the doorstep.
No fee for the visit, and no obligation to accept.

Store closures, dealer stock and bulk lots

Record shop owners, dealers, estate agents, clearance and demolition contractors — all welcome.

Common titles are welcome. We buy large quantities of ordinary stock, not only the rare records in it.
Whole-store clearances, warehouse closures, overstock and dead stock.
We pay in cash.
The one thing we do not buy is common records in poor condition.
